As a co-host, Rent Live Play assists property owners with the operational aspects of managing a short-term rental. Our services may include:

- Guest Communication — Responding to inquiries, coordinating bookings, and facilitating guest relations.
- Property Preparation — Coordinating cleaning, restocking supplies, and preparing the property between guest stays.

What We Do Not Do
To ensure clarity, Rent Live Play does not provide the services of a licensed property manager. Specifically, we do not:
- Handle Financial Transactions — We do not collect payments, deposits, or any funds on behalf of property owners or guests. All financial transactions occur directly between the platform and the property owner or guest.
- Assume Property Management Responsibilities — We are not a licensed property management company. We do not manage legal, financial, or fiduciary responsibilities for the property.
- Perform Full Maintenance or Emergency Services — While we may coordinate basic cleaning and maintenance, homeowners remain responsible for major repairs and emergency management.
- Provide Legal Compliance or Licensing Services — Property owners are responsible for securing all required permits, licenses, and insurance in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Homeowners retain full control of their property, finances, and compliance obligations.
